AN ORDINANCE—Locating Nicholson avenue, from the easterly line of the Shady Avenue plan, situated in the Twenty-second ward, Pittsburgh, laid out by the Shady Avenue Land Company, to Shady avenue.

Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh in Select and Common Councils assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That Nicholson avenue, from the easterly line of the Shady Avenue plan, situated in the Twenty-second ward, Pittsburgh, laid out by the Shady Avenue Land Company, to Shady avenue, be and the same is hereby located as follows, to wit:

The center line of Nicholson avenue shall begin at a point on the easterly line of the Shady Avenue plan, situated in the Twenty-second ward, Pittsburgh, laid out by the Shady Avenue Land Company; thence by the center line of Nicholson avenue produced, as laid out in the said Shady Avenue plan, for a distance of 539.05 feet to a point; thence deflecting to the right 22° 3′ by the dividing line between properties of John Sneathen and Ebenezer Hallet [sic] for a distance of 275.51 feet to the westerly building line of Shady avenue, intersecting said building line of Shady avenue at a distance of 155.22 feet north from the first angle in Shady avenue north of Pocussett street; the deflection angle between Nicholson avenue and Shady avenue being 102° 55′ to the right; and said Nicholson avenue, between said points, shall be of a width of fifty (50) feet.

Section 2. That any Ordinance or part of Ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this Ordinance be and the same is hereby repealed, so far as the same affects this Ordinance.
