"An ordinance repealing an ordinance entitled 'An ordinance locating Belmont street, from Murray avenue to Coanza street,' approved June 1st, 1886, in so far as the same relates to that part or portion of Belmont street between Murray avenue and a point 130 feet west of Murray avenue, and an ordinance entitled 'An ordinance re-locating Belmont street, from Murray avenue for a distance of 149.85 feet westwardly therefrom,' approved October 27th, 1900."
