AN ORDINANCE—Locating Munhall avenue, from Murray avenue to the east line of Schenley Park.
Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh in Select and Common Councils assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That the north five (5) foot line of Munhall avenue, from Murray avenue to the east line of Schenley Park, be and the same is hereby located as follows to-wit:
The north five (5) foot line shall begin on the west five (5) foot line of Murray avenue at a distance of 349.80 feet southwardly from the center line of Beacon street; thence deflecting to the right 73 degrees 18 minutes 30 seconds in a westerly direction a distance of 12.70 feet to a P. C.; thence by the arc of a curve to the left the radius of which is 371.21 feet and the central angle is 46 degrees 48 minutes for a distance of 303.21 feet to a P. T.; thence by a line tangent to said curve and extending in a southerly direction a distance of 203.62 feet to a P. C.; thence by the arc of a curve to the right the radius of which is 75.00 feet and the central angle is 55 degrees 56 minutes for a distance of 73.22 feet to a P. T.; thence by a line tangent to said curve and extending in a westerly direction for a distance of 803.94 feet to the east five (5) foot line of Wightman street; thence deflecting to the left 6 degrees 31 minutes for a distance of 875.71 feet to the west five (5) foot line of Murdoch street; thence deflecting to the left 1 degree 12 minutes for a distance of 596.90 feet to the east line of Schenley Park, and said street between the above mentioned points shall be of a width of sixty (60) feet and in conformity with the Schenley Heights Plan of Lots in the Twenty-second ward, as recorded in the office of Recorded [sic] of Deeds, etc., of Allegheny County in P. B. Vol. 20, pages 102 and 103.
Section 2. That any Ordinance or part of Ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this Ordinance, be and the same is hereby repealed, so far as the same affects this Ordinance.
