AN ORDINANCE—Establishing the grade of Ikon alley, from Monitor street to McClure avenue.
Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh in Select and Common Councils assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That the grade of the west curb of Ikon alley, from Monitor street to McClure avenue, be and the same is hereby established as follows to-wit:
Beginning on the west curb of Ikon alley at its intersection with the north curb of Monitor street, as now set, at the elevation of 332.43 feet; thence rising at the rate of 5.00 feet per 100 feet for the distance of 12.48 feet to the north building line of Monitor street at the elevation of 333.05 feet; thence rising at the rate of 14.30 feet per 100 feet for the distance of 217.42 feet to the south building line of Ibsen alley at the elevation of 364.14 feet; thence rising at the rate of 5.00 feet per 100 feet for the distance of 129.51 feet to the P. C. of a convex parabolic curve at the elevation of 370.62 feet; thence by said curve for the distance of 50.00 feet to the south curb line of Burchfield avenue, as now set, at the elevation of 371.87 feet; thence rising across Burchfield avenue for the distance of 30.03 feet to the north curb, as now set, at the elevation of 372.17 feet; thence rising at the rate of 5.00 feet per 100 feet for the distance of 10.01 feet to the north building line of Burchfield avenue at the elevation of 372.67 feet; thence rising at the rate of 12.61 feet per 100 feet for the distance of 155.61 feet to the south building line of Inez alley at the elevation of 392.29 feet; thence rising at the rate of 1.00 foot per 100 feet for the distance of 188.77 feet ot the south building line of McClure avenue at the elevation of 394.18 feet; thence falling at the rate of 3.00 feet per 100 feet for the distance of 12.01 feet to the south curb of McClure avenue, as now set, at the elevation of 393.82 feet.
Section 2. That any Ordinance or part of Ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this Ordinance, be and the same is hereby repealed, so far as the same affects this Ordinance.
