AN ORDINANCE—Changing the name of Elgin street in the Eighteenth ward, from Aledphia [sic] street to a property line and in Geo. H. Garbers 2nd Plan of Lots, to "Duffield street."
Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh in Select and Common Councils assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That the name of Elgin street, as located from Adelphia street to a property line by an ordinance approved March 30th, 1895, and recorded in O. B. Vol. 10, page 245, and also as shown upon Geo. H. Garbers 2nd Plan of Lots in the Eighteenth ward, be and the same is hereby changed to "Duffield street."
Section 2. That any Ordinance or part of Ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this Ordinance be and the same is hereby repealed, so far as the same affects this Ordinance.
