AN ORDINANCE—Approving and accepting the dedication of Asbury Place, from Irwin avenue to Northumberland avenue.
Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh in Select and Common Councils assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That the dedication of Asbury Place, from Irwin avenue to Northumberland avenue, at a width of forty (40) feet, said dedication being made by Louisa Haller, widow of George Haller, under date of May 1st, 1905, be and is hereby approved and accepted.
Section 2. That any ordinance or part of ordinance, conflicting with the provisions of this ordinance, be and the same is hereby repealed, so far as the same affects this ordinance.
