AN ORDINANCE—Repealing an ordinance entitled, "An Ordinance locating Pittock avenue, from Tilbury avenue to Pocussett avenue," approved October 27, 1900, in so far as the same relates to that part or portion of Pittock avenue, between Murray avenue and Pocussett avenue.
Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh in Select and Common Councils assembled and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That that part or portion of Pittock avenue, as located by an ordinance of Councils, from Tilbury avenue to Pocussett avenue, at a width of 50 feet, approved October 27, 1900, be and the same is hereby repealed, in so far as the same relates to that part or portion of Pittock avenue, between Murray avenue and Pocussett avenue.
Section 2. That any ordinance or part of ordinance, conflicting with the provisions of this ordinance, be and the same is hereby repealed, so far as the same affects this ordinance.
