"An ordinance repealing an ordinance entitled, 'An Ordinance locating Belmont street, from Murray avenue to Coanza street,' approved June 1st, 1886, in so far as the same relates to that part or portion of Belmont street between a point 130.00 feet west of Murray avenue, and the line dividing the property of the Bellefield Land Co., from that of the John Murdoch estate."
