AN ORDINANCE—Locating Plainfield avenue, from Forbes street to Murdoch street.

Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh, in Select and Common Councils assembled and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That the north five (5) foot running line of Plainfield avenue, from Forbes street to Murdoch street be and the same is hereby located as follows, to wit:

Beginning at a stone monument on the west five (5) foot running line of Forbes street at at distance of 737.60 feet in a northerly direction from a stone monument at the intersection of said west five (5) foot running line of Forbes street with the north five (5) foot running line of Northumberland avenue as located east of Forbes street; thence deflecting to the right 102 degrees 33 minutes and extending in an easterly direction parallel to Northumberland avenue for a distance of 1531.12 feet to a point on the west five (5) foot running line of Murdoch street, and at a distance of 801.80 feet northwardly along said west five (5) foot running line of Northumberland avenue and said Plainfield avenue shall be of a width of sixty feet.

Section 2. That any ordinance or part of ordinance, conflicting with the provisions of this ordinance, be and the same is hereby repealed, so far as the same affects this ordinance.
