AN ORDINANCE.—Locating Squirrel Hill avenue from Northumberland avenue to Wilkins street.

Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh, in Select and Common Councils assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That the centre line of Squirrel Hill avenue from Northumberland avenue to Wilkins street, be and the same is hereby located as follows, to wit:

Beginning on the centre line of Northumberland avenue, at a distance of 583.33 feet in an easterly direction along said centre line from a stone monument on the west five (5) foot line of Forbes street and the centre line of said Northumberland avenue; thence deflecting to the left 90° and in a northerly direction for a distance of 1500.10 feet to a point of curve; thence by the arc of a curve to the right with a radius of 600.00 feet for a central angle of 19° 50′ for a distance of 207.69 feet to a point of tangent; thence by a line tangent to said curve and in a northerly direction for a distance of 1196.17 feet to the north five (5) feet running line of Wilkins street, intersecting said five (5) foot line at at [sic] an angle of 1130° 8′ 30″ [sic] to the right, and at a distance of 208.13 feet in a westerly direction along said five (5) foot line of Wilkins street from a stone monument marking the first angle in Wilkins street east of Fifth avenue.

And said Squirrel Hill avenue shall be of a width of sixty (60) feet.

Sec. 2. That any ordinance or part of ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this ordinance, be and the same is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this ordinance.
