AN ORDINANCE—Relocating Marlborough avenue, from Murray avenue to Shady avenue.
Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh in Select and Common Councils assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That the north 5-foot running line of Marlborough avenue, from Murray avenue to Shady avenue be and the same is hereby relocated as follows, to wit:
Beginning on the west 5-foot running line of Murray avenue at a distance of 304.289 feet northerly from a stone monument situate at the intersection of the north 5-foot running line of Forbes street with the west 5-foot running line of Murray avenue; thence deflecting to the right 88° 00′ and in an eastwardly direction and parallel to and at a perpendicular distance of 324.916 feet south from the north 5-foot running line of Irwin avenue a distance of 976.869 feet to the west 5-foot running line of Shady avenue, and the said Marlborough avenue shall be relocated at a width of fifty (50) feet.
Sec. 2. That any Ordinance or part of Ordinance, conflicting with the provisions of this Ordinance, be and the same is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Ordinance.
