AN ORDINANCE—Locating Munhall avenue from Wightman street to the east line of Schenley Park.

Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh, in Select and Common Councils assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That Munhall avenue from Wightman street to the east line of Schenley Park be and the same is hereby located as follows, to wit:

The center line shall begin on the east five-foot line of Wightman street at a distance of 459.16 feet southwardly from the south five-foot line of Beacon street as located from Wightman street to Shady avenue, thence deflecting to the right 79° 15′ in a weswardly [sic] direction a distance of 865.25 feet to a point on the center line of Murdoch street, said point being distant 306.76 feet in a northwardly direction from a stone monument on the center lines of Murdoch street and Belmont street, thence deflecting to the right 3° 03′ for a distance of 616.63 feet to the east line of Schenley Park; the aforesaid Munhall avenue shall be of a width of fifty (50) feet.

Sec. 2. That any ordinance or part of ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this ordinance, be and the same is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this ordinance.
