AN ORDINANCE—Locating Marlborough avenue, from Murray avenue to Shady avenue.
Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh in Select and Common Councils assembled and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That Marlborough avenue, from Murray avenue to Shady avenue, be and the same is hereby located as follows, to wit:
That the north 5-foot running line of Marlborough avenue shall begin on the west 5-foot running line of Murray avenue at a distance of 301.764 feet south from the first angle in Murray avenue south from Homewood avenue; thence deflecting to the left 91° 59′ 38″ and in an eastwardly direction and parallel to and at a perpendicular distance of 320.00 feet south from the north 5-foot running line of Irwin avenue about a distance of 975 feet to the west 5-foot running line of Shady avenue; and the said Marlborough avenue shall be located at a width of fifty (50) feet.
Sec. 2. That any Ordinance or part of Ordinance, conflicting with the provisions of this ordinance, be and the same is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this ordinance.
