AN ORDINANCE—Locating Pittock avenue, from Tilbury avenue to Pocussett avenue.
Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh in Select and Common Councils assembled and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That the centre line of Pittock avenue, from Tilbury avenue to Pocussett avenue, be and the same is hereby located as follows, to wit:
Beginning at the centre line of Tilbury avenue, distant 355.273 feet northerly from the centre line of Pocussett avenue; thence deflecting to the left 88° 31′ 10″ in a westwardly direction crossing Shady avenue, and being parallel to that portion of Pocussett avenue from the angle in said avenue west from Tilbury avenue to Murray avenue, and at a perpendicular (distance of 345.00 feet northerly from the centre line of said portion a distance of 1531.963 feet to an angle in Murray avenue distant 27.154 feet along the line herein described produced to the west 5-foot running line of Murray avenue); thence deflecting to the left from the said angle in Murray avenue 28° 16′ in the said westwardly direction a distance of 1629.45 feet to the centre line of Pocussett avenue, it being the arc of a curve whose radius is 803.34 feet and distant along the said line 597.54 feet northwestwardly from the east 5-foot running line of Wightman avenue, and the said Pittock avenue shall be located between the said points, viz., Tilbury avenue and Pocussett avenue, at a width of fifty (50) feet.
Sec. 2. That any ordinance or part of ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this ordinance be and the same is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this ordinance.
