AN ORDINANCE—Relocating Belmont street, from Murray avenue for a distance of 149.85 feet westwardly therefrom.
Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh, in Select and Common Councils assembled, and it is hereby ordained and oenacted [sic] by the authorityof [sic] the same, That the centre line of Belmont street, from Murray avenue for a distance of 149.85 feet westwardly therefrom, be and the same is hereby relocated as follows, to wit:
Beginning on the west 5-foot running line of Murray avenue at a distance of 875.15 feet south from the 1st angle in Murray avenue, south from Forbes street; thence deflecting to the right 74° 44′ in a westwardly direction a distance of 149.85 feet to a stone monument and the said Belmont street, shall be relocated to a width of fifty (50) feet.
Sec. 2. That any ordinance or part of ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this ordinance be and the same is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this ordinance.
