AN ORDINANCE—Authorizing the vacation of Medina alley, in the Twentieth (20th) ward, extending from Corday alley for a distance of 428.88 feet, more or less, northerly, and to a line 150 feet southwardly from Friendship avenue, as located in the revised plan of Friendship Park and plan of Friendship Park.

Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh in Select and Common Councils assembled and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That Medina alley, in the Twentieth (20th) ward, as located upon the revised plan of Friendship Park, as recorded in the Recorder's office of Allegheny county, in Plan Book vol. 15, pages 42 and 43, and upon the plan of Friendship Park, as recorded in said Recorder's office, in Plan Book vol. 7, page 257, the same extending from Corday alley northerly for a distance of 428.88 feet, more or less, to a point 150 feet southwardly from Friendship avenue, be and the same is hereby vacated.

Sec. 2. This ordinance shall be accepted and construed in harmony with and as based upon the petition and agreement of the owners of property fronting upon the said vacated street, as the same appears of record in the office of the City Clerk.

Sec. 3. That any ordinance or part of ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this ordinance be and the same is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this ordinance.
