AN ORDINANCE—Locating Barnesdale street, from Irwin avenue to Wilkins avenue.
Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh in Select and Common Councils assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That the center line of Barnesdale street, from Irwin avenue to Wilkins avenue, be and the same is hereby located as follows, to wit: Beginning on the northern building line of Irwin avenue, at a distance of 586.48 feet northeastwardly from the northeastern building line of Beechwood avenue; thence deflecting to the left 94° 4′, and in a northwesterly direction, according to the Prospect Land Company's plan of lots, crossing Homewood avenue, a distance of 765.24 feet to Wilkins avenue. And the said Barnesdale street, between the said points, viz., Irwin avenue and Wilkins avenue, shall be located at a width of fifty (50) feet.
Sec. 2. That any ordinance or part of ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this ordinance be and the same is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this ordinance.
