AN ORDINANCE—Locating Alderson street, from Shady avenue to Tilbury street.

Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh in Select and Common Councils assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That the centre line of Alderson street from Shady avenue to Tilbury street be and the same is hereby located as follows, to wit: Beginning on the west 5-foot line of Shady avenue at a distance northeastwardly from the south 10 foot line of McClure avenue of 369.85 feet; thence deflecting to the right 71° 08′ 30″ in a southeastwardly direction parallel to and at a perpendicular distance of 350 feet from the south 10-foot line of McClure avenue a distance of 957.08 feet to the centre line of Tilbury street intersecting said Tilbury street at an angle of 86° 41′ and said Alderson street shall be of a width of fifty (50) feet.

Sec. 2. That any ordinance or part of ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this ordinance be and the same is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this ordinance.
