AN ORDINANCE—Establishing the grade of Bellerock street, from Wilkins avenue to Homewood avenue.

Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh in Select and Common Councils assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That the grade of the east curb line of Bellerock street, from Wilkins avenue to Homewood avenue, be and the same is hereby established, as follows, to wit: Beginning at the south curb line of Wilkins avenue at an elevation of 329.01 feet; thence rising at the rate of 2 feet per 100 feet for a distance of 80.16 feet at an elevation of 330.61 feet; thence rising by a concave parabolic curve for a distance of 150 feet at an elevation of 337.36 feet; thence rising at the rate of 7 feet per 100 feet for a distance of 302.80 feet to the north building line of Solway street at an elevation of 358.56 feet; thence rising at the rate of 2.50 feet per 100 feet for a distance of 60 feet to the south building line of Solway street at an elevation of 360.06 feet; thence rising at the rate of 7 feet per 100 feet for a distance of 399.39 feet at an elevation of 388.02 feet; thence by a convex parabolic curve for a distance of 200 feet at an elevation of 391.02 feet; thence falling at the rate of 4 feet per 100 feet for a distance of 263.05 feet at an elevation of 380.50 feet; thence falling at the rate of 2 feet per 100 feet for a distance of 64.51 feet to the north curb line of Homewood avenue at an elevation of 379.21 feet.

Sec. 2. That any ordinance or part of ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this ordinance be and the same is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this ordinance.
