AN ORDINANCE—Locating Douglas street, from Shady avenue to Murray avenue.

Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh in Select and Common Councils assembled and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That the centre line of Douglas street, from Shady avenue to Murray avenue, be and the same is hereby located as follows, to wit:

Beginning at the centre line of Shady avenue at a distance of 697.65 feet south from the first angle south of Forbes street; thence deflecting 88° 38′ to the right in a southwesterly direction, for a distance of 1312.43 feet to the wst 5-foot line of Murray avenue, as now located at a width of 50 feet, intersecting said line at an angle of 72° 07′ 35″, and at a distance of 721.94 feet southwardly from the centre line of Beacon street, as now located, at a width of 80 feet, and said Douglas street between said points shall be 50 feet wide.

Sec. 2. That any ordinance or part of ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this ordinance be and the same is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this ordinance.
