AN ORDINANCE—Locating McClure avenue from Beechwood avenue to Shady avenue.

Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh, in Select and Common Councils assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That the south 10-foot line of McClure avenue between Beechwood avenue and Shady avenue be and the same is hereby located as follows to wit:

Beginning on the west 5 foot line of Shady avenue at the first angle in Shady avenue, north of Monitor street and at a distance of 890.10 feet from the centre line of said Monitor street, thence deflecting to the right 92° 06″ [sic] in an easterly direction, for a distance of 1,096.91 feet to the tangent of a curve to a radious [sic] of 238.75 feet in Beechwood avenue, intersecting said tangent at a point 14.15 feet southerly from the "point of intersection" of said curve and at an angle of 93° 19′. The intersection of McClure avenue with said Beechwood avenue to be in accordance with a plan hereto attached and made part of this Ordinance. And said McClure avenue shall be of a width of sixty (60) feet.

Section 2. That any Ordinance or part of Ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this Ordinance, be and the same is hereby repealed, so far as the same affects this Ordinance.
