AN ORDINANCE—Authorizing the vacation of Myron alley, from Gross street to Edmond street.
Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh in Select and Common Councils assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That Myron alley, from Gross street to Edmond street, as located in Dr. A. H. Gross' plan of streets, Twentieth ward, approved by Councils May 31, 1869, and an Ordinance approving, confirming and locating the streets, avenues and alleys in said plan, approved October 12, 1893, shall be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That any Ordinance or part of Ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this Ordinance, be and the same is here [sic] repealed so far as the same affects this Ordinance.
