Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh, in Select and Common Councils assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That the streets, alleys and avenues marked, laid down and located on a plan known as "Parts of Twenty-first and Twenty-second Wards Plan of Streets," approved November 11, 1872, and recorded in Plan Book, marked "Street Plans Approved," Bureau of Engineering and Surveys, City of Pittsburgh, shall be and are hereby approved, confirmed and located, as laid out in said plan; the names, limits and widths of said streets being as follows, to wit:
Gettysburg street, from Fair Oaks street to Reynolds street, 50 feet in width.
Hastings street, from Fair Oaks street to Juniata street (formerly part McClintock), 50 feet in width.
Linden avenue, from Shady avenue to Simen street, in C. D. [sic] Simen's Boulevard Plan of Lots, 60 feet in width.
Elysian street, from Hastings street to Fifth avenue, 50 feet in width.
Juniata (formerly part McClintock street), from City line to Fifth avenue, 60 feet in width.
Reynolds street (formerly part Holmes), from Dunfermline street to Fifth avenue, 60 feet in width.
Fifth avenue, from Shady avenue to Penn avenue, 60 feet in width.
Shady avenue, from Linden avenue to Fifth avenue, 60 feet in width.
Fair Oaks street, from Gettysburg street to Linden avenue, 50 feet in width.
Dunlevy street, from Gettysburg street to Linden avenue, 50 feet in width.
Garden, (now Selwyn street), from Reynolds street (formerly part Holmes), to Juniata (formerly part McClintock street), 50 feet in width.
Dallas avenue, from first angle south of Penn avenue, to Penn avenue, 50 feet in width.
Galena street, from Penn avenue to Pennsylvania Railroad, 50 feet in width.
Murtland street, from Penn avenue to Grazier street (now Hamilton avenue), 50 feet in width.
Lang avenue, from Edgerton avenue to Penn avenue, 50 feet in width.
Homewood avenue, from Edgerton avenue to Pennsylvania Railroad, 50 feet in width.
Lexington street, from Edgerton avenue to Pennsylvania Railroad, 50 feet in width.
Dunfermline street, from Edgerton avenue to Pennsylvania Railroad, 50 feet in width.
Richland street, from Edgerton avenue, to Pennsylvania Railroad, 50 feet in width.
Park way (now Braddock avenue), from a point 1,810 feet south of first angle south of Penn avenue to City line, is 50 feet in width from City line to Penn avenue, and 60 feet from Penn avenue to point south of first angle south of Penn avenue.
Flotilla alley, from Waverly street to property line south of Edgerton avenue, 20 feet in width.
East End avenue, from Penn avenue to property line south of Edgerton avenue, 50 feet in width.
Buttercup alley, from Waverly street to property line south of Abbott street, 20 feet in width.
Brushton avenue, from Penn avenue to City line, 50 feet in width.
Peebles street, from property line south of Abbott street to City line, 50 feet in width.
Waverly street, from Park way (now Braddock avenue), to City line, 50 feet in width.
Query alley, from Buttercup alley to City line, 20 feet in width.
Lyman street, from East End avenue to City line, or Peebles street, 50 feet in width.
Egina alley, from Buttercup alley to Peebles street, 20 feet in width.
Blossom alley, from Buttercup alley to Peebles street, 20 feet in width.
Abbott street, from East End avenue to Peebles street, 50 feet in width.
Grazier street (now Hamilton avenue), from Fifth avenue to City line, 60 feet in width.
McPherson street, from Dallas avenue to City line, 60 feet in width.
Meade street, from Linden avenue to City line, 50 feet in width.
Penn avenue, from Fifth avenue to City line, 60 feet in width.
Tuscarora street, from McClintock (now Juniata street), to City line, 60 feet in width.
Edgerton avenue, from Gettysburg street to Peebles street, is 60 feet in width from Gettysburg street to Park way (now Braddock avenue), and 50 feet in width from Braddock avenue to Peebles street.
Forbes street, from Park way (now Braddock avenue), to third angle west of said avenue, 60 feet in width.
Section 2. That any Ordinance or part of Ordinance, conflicting with the provisions of this Ordinance, be and the same is hereby repealed, so far as the same affects this Ordinance.
