AN ORDINANCE—Locating Solway street, from Wightman Street to Shady avenue.
Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh, in Select and Common Councils assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That the centre line of Solway street, from Wightman street to Shady avenue, be and the same is hereby located as follows, to wit:
Beginning at the centre line of Wightman street at a point 401.30 feet south from a stone monument at the intersection of the centre lines of Wilkins avenue and Wightman street; thence deflecting to the left 85° 54′ 15″ in an easterly direction parallel with and at a perpendicular distance of 390.27 feet from the centre line of Wilkins avenue for a distance of 2137.65 feet to the centre line of Shady avenue, intersecting said line at an angle of 105° 19′ 30′ [sic]. And said Solway street shall be 50 feet wide.
Sec. 2. That any ordinance or part of ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this ordinance be and the same is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this ordinance.
