AN ORDINANCE—Locating Villa street, from Penn avenue to Friendship avenue.

Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh, in Select and Common Councils assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That Villa street, from Penn avenue to Friendship avenue, be and the same shall be located as follows, to-wit:

The west 5-foot line shall begin on the north 5-foot line of Penn avenue at a distance of 486.87 feet west from a stone monument at the intersection of the north 5-foot line of Penn avenue and the east 5-foot line of Fairmount street; thence deflecting to the left 95° 50′ in a southerly direction a distance of about 1131 feet to Friendship avenue, and the said Villa street shall be of a width of fifty (50) feet.

Sec. 2. That any ordinance or part of ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this ordinance, be and the same is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this ordinance.
