AN ORDINANCE—Locating Howard alley, from Thirty-fourth street eastwardly for a distance of 67 feet to line of property formerly of Thomas Howard.

Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh, in Select and Common Councils assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That Howard alley, from Thirty-fourth street eastwardly for a distance of 67 feet to line of property of Thomas Howard, shall be located as follows, to wit:

The north line shall begin on the east line of Thirty-fourth street at a distance of 60 feet south from the south line of Ligonier street, thence deflecting to the left 90° parallel to and 60 feet south from the south line of Ligonier street, a distance of 67 feet to the line of property formerly of Thomas Howard, and the said Howard alley shall be of a width of 20 feet.

Sec. 2. That any ordinance or part of ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this ordinance, be and the same is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this ordinance.
