AN ORDINANCE—Locating Brightwood street, from Forbes avenue to Bryson street.
Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh, in Select and Common Councils assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That Brightwood street, from Forbes avenue to Bryson street, be and the same is hereby located and established as follows, to wit:
The north 5 foot line shall begin at a stone monument situated at the intersection of the north and west 5 foot lines of Forbes avenue and at a distance westwardly of 682.39 feet, from a stone monument situated at the intersection of the north 5 foot line of Forbes avenue, with the centre line of Murdock street, thence deflecting to the right 6° 21′ for a distance of 2119.53 feet to a stone monument on the west 5 foot line of Bryson street, intersecting said street at an angle of 97° 58′ and at a distance of 351.502 feet southerly from a stone monument situated at an angle in said Bryson street, said street shall be of a width of 60 feet.
Sec. 2. That any ordinance or part of ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this ordinance, be and the same is hereby repealed, so far as the same affects this ordinance.
