AN ORDINANCE—Locating Rosetta street, from Rebecca street to Mathilda street, Nineteenth ward.

Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh in Select and Common Councils assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That the south 5-foot running line of Rosetta street be, and the same is hereby located as follows, to wit: Beginning on the west 5-foot running line of Rebecca street at the distance of 299.620 feet north of the south 5-foot running line of Kincaid street, thence deflecting to the left 104° 33′ 30″ for a distance of 2929.384 feet to the center line of Mathilda street, intersecting the said line at an angle of 107° 54′ and at the distance of 179.48 feet north from an angle in said street at a width of 50 feet.

Sec. 2. That any ordinance or part of ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this ordinance, be and the same is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this ordinance.
