AN ORDINANCE—Establishing the location of Vista, Harriet, Villa, Amber, St. Clair, Beatty, Baum, Onyx, Whitfield, Negley, Roup, Mignonette and Fairmount streets, and Friendship and Euclid avenues, and fixing the width thereof.

Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh, in Select and Common Councils assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That the streets and avenues in the territory bounded by Centre avenue, Rebecca street, Penn avenue and Highland avenue, and shown upon a plan marked "A, B, C," hereto attached, and which said plan is hereby made part of this ordinance, shall be and the same are hereby located as shown on said plan, and at the widths marked thereon; the following are the streets and avenues mentioned: Vista street, Harriet street, Villa street, Amber street St. Clair street, Beatty street, Baum street, Onyx street, Negley street, Whitfield street, Roup street, Mignonette street, Fairmount street, Friendship avenue and Euclid avenue, 20th ward.

Sec. 2. That any ordinance or part of ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this ordinance, so far as the same apply to the 20th ward, be and the same is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this ordinance.
