AN ORDINANCE—Locating Irwin avenue from Shady avenue to Dallas avenue, at a width of fifty feet.

Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh, in Select and Common Councils assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That the south five-foot line of Irwin avenue be and the same is hereby located as follows, to-wit: Beginning on the center line of Shady avenue at the distance of 208.53 feet southerly from a stone monument, at an angle in said avenue; thence deflecting to the left 97° 07′ for a distance of 1947.31 feet to a pin on the west five-foot line of Dallas avenue, intersecting said line at an angle of 73° 49′ 30″, and at a distance of 2072.57 feet south from a stone monument, at an angle in said avenue, at a width of fifty feet, and in accordance with a plan hereto attached.

Sec. 2. That any ordinance or part of ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this ordinance, be and the same is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this ordinance.
