AN ORDINANCE—Establishing the location of Vista, Harriett, Villa, Amber, Coral, Fairmount, Negley, Beatty, Sewer, O'Hara, Whitfield and Baum streets and Centre, Friendship and Euclid avenues, in the Nineteenth and Twentieth wards.
Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh, in Select and Common Councils assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That Vista street, Harriett street, Villa street, Amber street, Coral street, Fairmount street, Negley street, Beatty street, Sewer street, O'Hara street, Whitfield street, Baum street, Centre avenue, Friendship avenue and Euclid avenue, be and the same are hereby located as shown upon the plan marked "Pittsburgh, C. W. H.," hereto attached and made part hereof; the said plan being a modification of plan approved by Councils May 31st, A. D. 1869, and on file in the City Engineer's Office, the approval of which said plan is hereby revoked and annulled so far as the same conflicts herewith.
Sec. 2. That any ordinance or part of ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this ordinance, be and the same is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this ordinance.
