An Ordinance, authorizing the widening of Return Street Troy Hill

Sec 1st Be it ordained and enacted by the Select and Common Councils of the City of Allegheny, and it is hereby enacted by authority of the same, that Return Street be widened of an uniform width of twenty five feet from Kilkenbeck Street, to East line of Orphan Asylum property, as per plan approved by Councils, Dec 14th 1871, and that James Ritchie, Arthur Hobson, and Joseph Myers, Freeholders, be and they are hereby appointed viewers, to view the premises, appraise the damages, and make assessments of Benefits, as provided by Act of Assembly, approved the first of April 1870, entitled an act relative to streets in the City of Allegheny. Ordained and enacted into a law this 14th day of December, Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred and seventy one
