Lots for Sale in Benvilla,

ADJOINING ALLEGHENY CITY.—Forty or fifty Lots will be sold at a low price, any time before the 1st of April. Mechanics or others, who wish cheap Lots, will find it to their interest to buy now, as it is believed they will increase very much in value during the year. Those wishing small Lots will call on Mr. Hetzel, at the upper Bpidge [sic], Allegheny.

A portion of the Ground in Benvilla (formerly Nunnery Hill,) is laid out in squares of from three to five acres—to be sold to those wishing a country residence. This portion of the Ground commands a view of both Rivers, and is a most delightful plan for a summer residence.—Enquire of
