DEDICATION—Of Douglas street, between Shady avenue and Murray avenue.

We, the undersigned owners of all the property abutting on Douglas street, between Shady avenue and Murray avenue, as located at a width of fifty (50) feet by ordinance of Councils, approved January 18th, 1899, and recorded in Ordinance Book vol. 12, page 262, do hereby dedicate and set apart for public use as a public highway forever said Douglas street between the points mentioned, and we do hereby waive and [sic] all claims for damages by reason of the taking and appropriating of said street for highway purposes.

And we do hereby authorize the city of Pittsburgh, through its proper officers, to take possession of said street and treat it the same as any other opened highway of the city of Pittsburgh.

In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and seals this 10th day of May, A. D. 1899.

Personally appeared Leonard G. Woods, who, being duly sworn according to law, doth depose and say that the signatures attached to the foregoing dedication are the genuine signatures of the persons represented, and that they are the owners of all the property abutting on said street between the points mentioned.
