Change of Name.—The Common Council of Allegheny, on Thursday last, passed a resolution changing the name of Water Alley to Brewer Avenue. The Select Council refused to concur in the action. We hope some change may be made. Water Alley is no more an alley than a hundred thoroughfares in the two cities which are dignified with the title of "street."
