Eight Valuable Building Lots,

AT AUCTION.

ON Wednesday evening the 17th inst. at 7½ o'clock, at Davis' Auction Room, corner of Wood and Fifth streets, will be sold eight very eligible situated Lots of Ground, being part of the plan of lots laid out by Mr David Greer, near the Fourth Street Road, viz:

Lots No. 44, 45, 46 and 47 front on Forbes street, which is 50 feet wide.

Lots Nos 52, 53 54 and 55 front on Margaret st., which is 30 feet wide.

The above lots are pleasantly situated for private residences, or other purposes and are near the business part of the city, a plan of which may be seen at the Auction Room, and other information that may be desired will be given by the subscriber. Title indisputable. Terms Cash, par Funds.
