After 20 Years
Residents Celebrate Repair of Street
For 20 years residents of Telescope Street, South Side, tried to get the street paved—and last Wednesday the work was done by the city. Residents declared a holiday and celebrated last night. Special music was added to the ocvcasion [sic] by the drum and bugle corps of Post No. 453, American Legion.
