Administrator's Sale.

WILL be sold on Tuesday, 15th instant, at the late residence of JOSHUA D. ELDER, deceased, corner of Coal Lane and Washington street, in the city of Pittsburgh, a certain lot or piece of Ground, situate at the corner of Coal Lane and Washington street, fifty feet and two inches on Washington street, and from Washington street preserving the same breadth back to Clay Alley; together with the privilege of a five feet alley, at the extreme or north end, ten feet high, and all the buildings and improvements thereon erected, for the term of seventeen years from next spring, subject to a ground rent of fifty dollars per annum. Also the entire stock of a Retail Grocery Store, together with all the shelves, counters, desks, weights and scales.

Housahold [sic] and Kitchen Furniture; a quantity of Oil Cloth, Prints and Presses; Boards and Scantling; Ropes, Pullies, Benches, &c.; a lot of School Benches and Desks; 2 Stoves and Pipe; one Horse and Wagon, one Cow, one Sow and Pigs, Poultry, &c.; a quantity of Butter in kegs and rolls; a lot of Bar Fixtures, Bottles, Glasses, &c.; together with many articles too numerous to insert. Sale to commence at ten o'clock.—Terms at sale.
