Notes:Walbridge Street

From Pittsburgh Streets

1839 or 1847: Source:Temperance-village-plan: "Washington St."

1852: Source:Mcgowin-1852: "Washington Street"

1873-12-30: Source:Street-nomenclature: "Washington pike, Warden street to city line, Wellington avenue." The description "Warden street to city line" matches this street, but "Washington pike" strongly suggests this was actually referring to modern Greentree Road. It seems likely that the two Washingtons in the area were confused.

1880-03-04: Source:Ordinance-1880-1881-33: "Western street, from South Main street to Afton way, formerly Washington street, Thirty-sixth ward."

1910-04-05: Source:Ordinance-1909-1910-715: "Western, from South Main to Mansfield av., old 36th wd., changed to Walbridge, 20th wd."
