1930-01-15: "Death notices," Pittsburgh Press, p. 24 (Newspapers.com 141318716): "HAGUE—On Tuesday, Jan. 14, 1930, at 10:30 a. m., Jacob C., husband of the late Alice McAteer Hague. Funeral from the home of his daughter, Mrs. John M. King, 525 El Court (off Susquehanna st., near Brushton ave.), on Friday, Jan. 17, at 8:30 a. m. Requiem mass at St. James Church at 9 o'clock. Friends invited."

1930-04-06: "Brushton row of new homes is purchased," Pittsburgh Sunday Sun-Telegraph, part 1, p. 17 (Newspapers.com 523071052): "A row of 20 brick dwellings of five rooms each together with 16 concrete block garages in Susquehanna street near Brushton avenue has been sold through Dickie & Brown for W. A. Lyford to George W. Boehm. This housing development was completed recently and is known as 'El Court.'"

1930-04-07: "Highest total in contracts let in March: Greatest increase in public work awards: Private work declines: 'El Court,' a row of twenty new brick dwellings has been sold," Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, p. 7 (Newspapers.com 88824928): "Twenty Houses Sold. ¶ Dickie & Brown has sold for W. A. Lyford to George W. Boehm a row of 20 brick dwellings, consisting of five rooms and tile bath each, together with 16 concrete block garages. ¶ These properties have just been completed and are known as 'El Court' on Susquehanna street, near Brushton avenue. The consideration was not disclosed. Dickie & Brown has been appointed renting agents for the property."
